Comfortable with the Uncomfortable

That which make us uncomfortable is a beacon for personal improvement.

  • I was (and still am) terrified of public speaking, so I took a speaking class and pursued speaking opportunities.
  • I can worry about conflict, so I create cooperative spaces to communicate issues.
  • Conflicting views are initially uncomfortable, so I ask questions to better understand and connect.

This is how we bridge gaps between what is and what can be.

Would love to hear from you
